Brampton is the third-largest city in the Greater Toronto Area of Ontario Canada. Brampton's population stood at 433,806, making it the 11th largest city in Canada. It is also one of Canada's fastest growing municipalities, with an average annual growth rate (2001–2006) of 6.6%. With a median age at 33.7, it is the youngest community in the GTA.
Brampton got it’s name from the Rural town of Brampton in England.
It was once known as The Flower town of Canada, a title it earned due to the city's large greenhouse industry. This included Dale's Flowers, a company that won many international rose awards for nearly half a century.

Brampton Gage ParkWhat makes Brampton so unique?

Well to start of you can’t argue about the location, just next to the Airport, well connected with Highways and also it’s proximity from the city of Toronto.
On your arrival you will notice the multiculturalism. I strongly believe there is representation of every single community of the world here in Brampton.
No wonder it is a world of it’s own. Great thing is how all these people from different cultures, races, religions live in total harmony. I believe what Brampton looks like today, Canada is going to look like that tomorrow.

Starting from 100 years old colonial homes in Down Town along Main Street to the ultra modern energy efficient homes you can find it all in Brampton. One of the busiest real estate centres in GTA if not in entire Canada. Between W23 and W24 the two real estate districts there is always plenty of transactions everyday of  properties changing ownerships.

There is quite a price range, starting from the very modest prices of under $200,000 the property values goes up all the way up to millions and more. You can buy a home in Brampton for much less than the cost of a similar home in Toronto, and still enjoy the same urban community services. This is what makes Brampton such a great place to trade in Real Estate.
It is important to work with an agent who knows his area really well. I have been living in Brampton for the last ten years and raising my family here. I know this city 'inside out'.
